@ATFallen123 i would reccomend an ibanez rg 7321 and then mod the pick ups, also a schecter would be very good, i started with the ibanez and the neck its great, beyond my expectatives, never played the schecter but many people reccomended that one to me

It's called a pinch harmonic. You can do it by brushing the side of your finger against the string right after you hit it with the pick. I use kind of a rolling outward motion. Just play around with it for a while and see what happens.

Playing it fast first is running before you can walk gonna be sloppy as hell. Unless your a killer guitarist.

Start slow. If you start fast, all of your mistakes will be ingrained in muscle memory and will be very hard to remove even with slow practice with a metronome.

It usually takes me about 15-20 minutes to learn a solo like this. After that I spend about 1-2 hours getting the phrasing down and trying to get it really tight.
