  • Un consejo: una vez que se agrege las cebollas esperar que se cocine un poco y agregar antes de taparlo un poco de jugo de limon o jugo de naranja agria con ajo para darle mas sabor cuando se comienze a cocinar tapado. Mejora el sabor de la carne.

    One advise: once you add the onions you could wait a few seconds and add some lemon or sour orange juice with smashed garlic to the meet before cover it. That adds a lot of flavor to the meet.

  • You shouldn't use metal utensils with nonstick pans. Telfon is cancerous if consumed.

  • Cuban palomilla, Puerto rican palomilla, Dominican palomilla...las misma mie***da!

    Ive had all three and they taste great!!! Why not call it latin-caribbean food!!!

  • if cuban hands make it its cuban steak. if puerto rican hands make it its puerto rican steak and so on and so forth lol and if your from the bronx then its bronx steak so no matter where the hell the cow is from its all in the maker of the recipe lol I guess? I love it how its called es-steak

  • gracias que rico porque it looks easy to cook cuban steak but its not it can get hard in a secon and like my mom always say taste like arpargatas quemads lol
