Good to hear from you john51880. I should have brought the book closer to the camera. The book is "Jiu Jitsu Complete" and it is written by Kiyose Nakae.
Notice when Steve does the drill he, having 50 lbs. of muscle on me, has a more solid and heavier foundation than I. But he also ensured, prior to attempting an off-balance stomp, that he could maintain his own balance before, during and after the move. I, on the other hand, having less to work with, have less room for error. Fred
