Why would it get dismissed..by your own admission the registration was expired. Expired vehicle registrations are typically strict liablility offenses therefore specific intent is not required to prove a violation nor is an injured individual party required to prove guilt. Your only hope is to prove vehicle registration laws are unconstitutional...good luck maybe you'll be the lucky dumbass who does it unlike the many idiots before you who've failed thinking they had a new leagal angle.

You haven't researched squat. You are anything but sure. There is extensive US Supreme Court case law citing an individuals RIGHT to travel, along with USSC case law which prevents the exercise of a RIGHT being converted into a crime. I do know. That is why when I counterclaim I win. Cuz there is no victim. It is what is called a victimless crime. I beat it and will beat this one as well. After, I will be suing the state since it waives immunity when it starts the fight. I will look for the case law that states that it is one of the only time a state or city waives immunity.

No one files a Habeas claim requesting relief from a traffic stop in and of itself no matter how that stop is later defined in the form of custody, arrest, or restraint of liberty. In the state of california it is ok to record anyone in a public place without their consent. You do not need to even let them know you are recording them. I do it out of courtesy. I really dont have to since we are only on the street and people are passing by. There can in no way be an expectation of privacy. Read the law before typing nonsense
