Nice! I've been looking at the Metroproject for a while now, I'm torn between the awesome that is the A5 or the Metroproject. I live in a snow-covered climate, but I'll probably end up keeping my A4 which already has true Quattro, so I'd be more willing to play with a Metroproject with gas up front and electric in back. Then again, out of spite of Al Gore I'm motivated to burn as much gas as I can, and a 2.0TFSI A5 heavily modded will burn more gas. Then again I get the 1.8T down to 7MPG...

Well you see pretige Sportscar are on a whole different level. An Audi Quattro is for the middle class. To have a Lamborghini you need multimillions. And yeah most American cars are crap!! The only ones I wold look at are prolly Buicks and Cadillacs. These brands have some character and identity to me. Chevy GMX, Dodge are all just the same design

They keep making em more complicated. Remember BMW's i-drive system nightmare and that is a simple rotating knob. Now you have and ipod looking thing or maybe its an 8 track tape (yeah retro) that gets sucked into the dash. Hey how about less glitz and more go and reliability. How about a 300 HP car that handles and comes with a decent warranty for say under 25 K. I know I'm dreaming. Oh well..

Coming from a German automotive tech... I've worked on everything german to date damn near. There's a reason i specialize in vw/audi, respect bmw, and am a fan of porsches in the summer. the benz will cost you more in parts and labor than what you paid for it over 5 years, the bimmer will occasionally strand you, but the rain, sleet, or snow the audi will be there for you. granted the best luxury brand overall is lexus but hey, they aren't fun to drive at all :-P
