Dude, where did you learn to play like that? I want to learn how to play synth/keyboard stuff, like electronica and all of that, but I don't necessarily want to learn all that classical crap that piano teachers start out with.
@TheDessum I just taught myself. I would recommend you just play would you can, listen to songs, etc. Though I will tell you that doing exercises like scales and chromatic scales show you how to move and also DO make you a better player. It might take time, but when you can do something without even thinking about it, it's an amazing feeling! Good luck!
@TheDessum You should respect the "classical crap" the way you are talking about musical legacy, and the disrespect, clearly says you're about the worst musician someone can possibly imagine... Believe me, it has been proven.
@Realvirtue52 You can get one at any Guitar Center or Sam Ash. Also, the internet is the best for old analog/vintage/discontinued products as well. The more specific though, the better your chances of finding it online. I would recommend though that you try different models out and see what you're looking for.
@nicketeen1 At the time, I used a Yamaha DGX200 (Discontinued now) on top and a Triton Extreme (also discontinued) on the bottom. I still use my Triton Extreme because it's amazing, but I use a KORG M3 on top. Sold my Yamaha.
@nicketeen1 believe me. If you stick to KORG, you're better off. Rolands are beautiful, but they're heavy and have average sounding everything - except some piano's and drums. Also, their workstations use a mouse (horrible idea- totally impractical) Nords are great, but you can get that sound from any workstation. KORG is becoming more and more widely used, Beside, touch screen is where it's at. My M3 is amazing btw. haha
When I performed this, on the bottom, I used my KORG Triton Extreme, and on top I used a Yamaha DGX-200 (discontinued). To play fast, do scales and exercises in repetition. For example, find a scale, and just have fun soloing over songs or beats and see what happens. You might surprise yourself!
Well, i used a vocoder for this show, not a talkbox (didn't have one at the time). I used the vocoder in my KORG triton extreme. I raised the high pass enough so that you could here some chk's and ka's in my speech when i spoke/sang into my mic. Other than that, I just founf out the notes. That's about it. Let me know if you need anything else. :)
this better not be in C major/A minor..

@zjenas Lol, I can totally respect works of art composers such as Beethoven and Bach have created.
It's things like "Chopsticks" and the really simple stuff that I don't want to learn.
If not wanting to learn "Chopsticks" again makes me a terrible musician, then yes. I am the worst musician you can possibly imagine. =P

Why is he playing tocata & fuga so fast? Well, for a highschool stuff is just fine. Sadly he got such chep speakers.
I give him 5 stars just for standing infront of an adience and not keeping his "show" for his own room.

Stonger - Fag named Kanye that ruins everything he touches

adacougdirector is correct.
lpfandr 2 years ago
@lpfandr which is what i said .
xDANIELxWALKSx 2 years ago
@lpfandr actually, daft punk sampled the main riff from an older raggae-ish song.... kola bottle baby, i think.
DavidLoveMusic 2 years ago
@DavidLoveMusic That is correct. The backing track of "Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger" was sped up and used as intended. It's a good song.
