@josiannehall Check for Protein in da products you are using!!! You might have too much of it which can make your hair dry thus cause it to shed....hope this helps :)

@akousa0 If you don't know what you're doing, you can really damage the hair. I've heard of naturals having to cut their hair off because their hair started breaking off, and they had to cut it. Try looking into hennas, they are better - but do your research. ( make sure its BAQ - body art quality) henna. Some of the things sold as real henna isn't , and that too can cause damage to the hair.

@LeCancionista she uses the Terresentials Hair wash. You can go to the site by googling it. Her usual is the Lavender. She uses this as a shampoo/conditioner. Honestly with this product thats all you will need. It really is an awesome product and USDA certified organic

Looking at your hair and seeing how beautiful it is, I was happy to see that we use some of the same products for moisture and sheen. I think the only thing I use different in my mixture is rosemary oil instead of vitamin e oil. I add glycerin to my water bottle though.

Hi hun i seen your flax seed video and i love it. The flax worked really for my hair. For a while now ive been natural and u learn to look at different things including ingredients. I looked at the ingredients of trader joe shampoo and conditioner because i was interested and it has paraben also known as mineral oil or petroleum which looks really pretty while in the hair but drys out the hair. We have to becareful and really read ad know what were putting in our hair. Good luck and thank you.
