it all depends on the lens you are using as every lens is different in size and weight. Sorry I don't have your lens so I wouldn't be able to tell you exactly. Just keep trying by moving around weights until you get it!
i've heard that you used a 7d and a steadicam pilot for this. I've got the same gear (with 24-105L thou) and still haven't got the perfect balance like yours yet....
btw, i'm new to steadicam, (and of corse, the 7d). Would you mind telling me how did you balance these things?
