  • Jason! Just saw this now even though you posted it several months ago. I could totally relate to the things that you said. Probably why i decided to leave my job of 12 years in Inquirer and fly here to Canada to start anew. When you're here in North America, it's never too late to jumpstart your life again especially someone as talented as you. Anyway, buddy, i do hope you finally get to figure out why you're feeling like this and get that happiness and peace of mind that you so deserve.

  • @stanmanila - Thank you very much, Shirmsky. It's great to hear your comforting words. I will tell you in detail what I've been going through in my life. Work, family, friends and fear of the future... Hay.... Someday....

  • I know what you mean, Jason. We immigrated to America more than 20 years ago when I was a teenager and I've lived here most of my life, but sometimes I do think about what my life would have been like if we had stayed.

I don't think your'e too old to start anew in the US Jason, I'm sure your skills and talents will be appreciated here, so I say go for it!

  • @evancortez2 - Thank you for those encouraging words, Sir Evan. I will give USA a try. I'm not too old to start a new life abroad. :-)

  • Hi Cuz!!

  • You're not too old to start a life here. My cousin and her family just came to the States last year. She's only a few years older than you. They're living it up in New York right now. I'm so jealous. Haha. Come to the States, Jason! =)

  • Thank you very much, Alan. :-)

I'll give USA a try. Someday.

  • Wow Jason...I actually really enjoyed getting an insight on your thoughts. It's kind of interesting that we share some of the same contemplations....am I happy with what I'm doing? Could I be doing something better and more meaningful? I hope you figure out what you really want, and I'm pretty sure that out of all the people I know, you're one of the few that would actually make it happen. Chinaeyes22 in the US for good? That would be something!

  • Wow. I didn't know you also face the same worries, Dan.

I hope and pray that we find the strength to overcome our obstacles in life.

Thak you for the words of comfort, my friend. :-)

  • Hi Jason! I hope you stay here in the US b/c I think you have extraordinary creative talent, remember what I told you a couple of weeks ago? I think it's just a matter of exposing your skills and someone seeing it here in the US. Anyhow, I wish you the best of luck no matter what you do, although I think you have great potential here in the US. Whatever you decide, I hope it makes you happy, that's all that matters.

Take care, your cuz - Jensen

  • Thank you so much, Jensen. :-)

That means a lot coming from you.

I should give a life in the US a try.

    Love you, cousin. X-D X-D X-D

  • Your skills would certainly lend well toward a job here in the US. Take the leap my friend and think about what will make you happy. Whatever you do, you have my support.

  • Thank you so much for your support, Cory.

I will take that leap. It may not be tomorrow or here in the US.

But I will definitely take a step towards my happiness. :-)

  • Like your other friends have stated, its never too late to reach your goals. Plus you are far from old buddy. I think maybe you should give the US a try. I am glad you got your vaction extended, from the sounds of it, you really deserved and needed a good long vacation. Next time bring a sweatshirt to job in though hehehe. Its like -10 degrees outside my place right now, I'm sporting a snuggie hahaha.

  • Thank you so much for being a great friend and being here for me, Jason.

You have no idea how much I felt better after our talk on the phone.

And don't worry, I'll wear a sweatshirt next time. :-)

  • wow, tama lang yan kuya jason! take a long vacation! kelangan mo yan akong bahala sa bos mo:)) hahahahahahha wooot!!! :)

  • Salamat, Christine Joy. :-)

  • Napuno ko yung comment. Part two, hehe!

What you need is some hotties, hehehe! Sabi sayo, when you get there, ikalat agad ang lahi eh, wahahaha!

Any noytubers there who wants to hook jason up, hehehe!

    Kung nandito ka lang eh......

Anyways, this is getting long. Enjoy your vacay. Don't think too much :-)

  • Go party and get wasted with some hotties. Hehehe.

Probably one of the best advices I got here.

Walanghiya ka talaga, Jet. Patawa ka pa rin hanggang dito.

Pero tama ka. Dapat ko lang i-enjoy ang bakasyon ko.

Sige, bukas din... Magkakalat na ako ng lahi ko.

    Maraming salamat, Joel!!! X-D X-D X-D

PS: Give my regards to Sue. :-)

  • LOL i'm always like that when i take a vacation. Always wanting a bit more, hahaha!

That's actually one of the reasons why i never liked working a cubicle job.

OK lang yan, just try to enjoy the rest of your vacay!

Go party and get wasted. Trust me, hangovers might be a pain, but it works. I always take time to unwind every chance i get ;-)

Don't worry, maiintindihan ka nung boss mo ;-)

Good people are hard to find ;-)

Alam ko na kelangan ni Jason, hehehe! Wait sa second comment na, mapupuno na

  • As you know Jason, whatever you post and whenever you post it, I watch it immediately and comment on it always.

These moments alone really help you clear your head. It's good, because you've never seen the world outside of work in so long.

I wouldn't worry about work. If they need something done, they'll figure a way to get it done. Punishing you won't make you want to help them any faster.

  • I can always count on getting a lengthy and meaningful comment from you Reggie.

These times alone has been an eye-opener and wake up call for me because I've never seed the world outside ABS-CBN for so long.

And I guess you're right. I shouldn't worry about work, I'm on vacation. And should enjoy it. :-)

  • Never too late for anything....Live Life to its Fullest:-) Enjoy, Live, Laugh and have passion in everything you do:-) wear a sweater/jacket it's still winter jason:-D tc

  • I agree, with erjoivy here too. It's not too late. Age has nothing to do with if you can move or not.

You're still not tied down AND you have family (both relatives and NoyTube) on this side too. The call is yours... always.

  • Live life to its fullest - that's what I must do.

I will laugh and have passion in everything I do too.

Thank you very much, Ivy! :-)

  • Enjoy your vacation Jason another 10 days will not hurt .hopefully your boss understand that you need this long vacation.

  • Thanks, Mike. I will enjoy my extended vacation. :-)

  • lol kuya jason it's still winter season don't forget to wear sweater in the morning. i can say i'm also in dilemna in terms of my current situation. so i feel you on that. just maybe we can ask for God's guidance and have faith is the best thing to do right now.

  • You're right, Angeli. I just need to ask for God's guidance.

I hope you get over your dilemna in your current situation.

Let's just pray for each other. :-)

  • it's not too late sirJason...and cmon now ur not that old...like the old saying..."habang may buhay may pag-asa"

    =)

  • Habang may buhay may pag-asa....

Tama ka diyan, Kiko. Maraming salamat.
