@chibizeru "Peaked" as in reached the summit of one's profession or even eminence as Alan Rickman is the vice-chairman of the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts; perhaps in Tom's reference here, being it was 4 a.m., also could mean hitting the wall, as in exhausted. Just a guess though
