This level always seriously creeped me out on the GBA version because the colors are so fucked up. And Screech is also really strange looking.

but out of every donkey kong country game i think that poisonous pipeline is the hardest from donkey kong country 3

Poisonous pipeline is actually very easy some level are far harder than this one. I found Koindozer clamber to be harder, especially in Kiddy Solo challenges :P
