thanks.. my goal weight is around 110. I'm 4'10" tall.. so thats still at the high end of heathy. Yeah i dont care about the scale really i stayed the same weight for 2 mths and lost 4 inches and 1.6% body fat so that beats the scale anyday :o)

ya I hear ya I stayed at 145lbs for the longest time. And now finally got down down to 136lbs. i am 5'4 and for now my goal weight is 130lbs when I get there I will see what I look like and then go to 125lbs if I need to. good luck you will get there

Yeah I don't take much stock in the scale anymore :o) yeah it was hilarious the button was slow so he hit Stop recording 2 times and it stoped then started right back up again and he didnt know it .. several times .. then i came to check out the happenings and it ended up recording us :o) To funny~! anywho .. thanks for watching!!
