well i exercise everyday throughout Ramadan i take 22 mins to eat in magrib wid 4 glasses of water and at sehri which is lik my dinner i take 10 mins drink alot ov water some activia fruits khalas thats how we r suppose to eat slowly wid alot ov water it will end all da bad eating habits and make u healthier everyday

very interesting I saw my little nephew 7 years old and very interested...

usuly he is not interested in things of religion slow and inactive and genrally and very messy details

with this TIP he quickly realized the meaning and it is even compared with the reality, he advise to peopel how to do :)

I recently watched a video here in youtube by Abdur Raheem Green- The Lost Virtues- Bravery- Imam Shamil. It talks about the real legend Imam Shamil(1834-1859) in Caucasus.

It almost wept me pondering what we present day belly enlarger muslims are worth for and what is our purpose on the face of this planet.
