Just got our THIRD Tomtom . . . the 2nd replacement unit shipped from Tomtom's frustrating "customer service" or lack there-of. We paid for LIFETIME traffic updates and traffic when we bought our NEW unit. They sent refurbished unit and we can not even download the current map updates. THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EVER EXPERIENCE IN DEALING WITH ANY COMPANY . . EVER.
