I tried to program it, but it doesn't work, i mean it pulses but it doesn't control TV, it worked once but then it stopped.Can you give me advice?

@bakuman24 try wiping the wand clean (explained in the manual) and start again, I hope this helps!

i have a question, my freesat box sits under my tv, so how do they define which gesture meant for which device. cheers

@kerol1166 When you programme the remote's to the wand they each have different codes in the IR signal and works it out that way.

@SebByrne yes! there is a wipe all combination that is explained in the manual :)

@toxicgas226 you can either copy over it, or if you want wipe the whole wand, go to the home page of the wand company and there is a troubleshoot and support section that guides you through wiping the whole wand clean :)

@crazyclipsob All IR remote control devices come with a remote usually, This is just a device to bring a bit of fun, and combining a few common buttons used on multiple remotes, into just one fun remote, so you can use it on your TV, Stereo or laptop etc etc. :)

@8IGST3VE No, you have 13 gestures to programme, but ahving more or less other remotes won't make a difference to that. But at home what I do is pick the most common buttons I use from different remotes like a freeview remote and a seperate TV remote, to make it into one efficient remote :) I hope this helps!

so that means you need a remote for the device you want to control in order to program it? or just one remote for the device and then you can use the kymera wand on all devices?

@SHENAKU you would need to the remote for the device. But it means you can combine several remotes, to make up your wand, and have one remote for all your common buttons. So I would have it for the main commands on my TV, the freeview box and the stereo, for exmaple :)
