I don;t know the hell you constitute as research. there are not high incidences of esophageal, liver, pancreatic and thyroid cancers in Japan. I will continue eating soy as it's just like any other legume like peanuts or beans.
Soy is not in tryposin inhibitor in humans.
Aluminum from infant formula is not of a concern for individuals with normal kidney function, since the human body absorbs very little of it
Phytoestrogen are not oestrogens (animal hormone).
also, the huge spike in breast cancer and other types of feminine cancer are not only to be blamed on the phyto-estrogen content soy, but also on the introduction of hormone-based contraceptives.
a woman's "cycle" is a necessary loop that takes place in order to balance the introduction of what i call "baby-making hormones."
"the pill" and all of its more recent incarnations disrupt this cycle, and can cause unchecked hormonal action, i.e. growth, i.e. CANCER
great job man, i had know for a while that any GM'd soy or heavily processed soy was not very good. like cskdelphi says, it causes infertility and psychological changes. i can only remember one time in my life when i became sick because of my diet, and IT WAS WHEN I WAS A VEGETARIAN!
about the hastening of puberty for girls, it is interesting to note that this coincides with two things: widespread use of soy in processed foods, and the supposed usage of hormones in the meat industry.
Off topic: I like watching your gauges change in these videos ^_^
On Topic: Thanks for the video, I have already cut most of the soy out of my diet but every video I can find about it is another video I can care with others!
Interesting video. I have alot of food intolerances including cows milk but have never had any problems with soya. If I was male I think the phyto-oestrogens would put me off, and it sounds like a bad idea for babies/ young children. I did read that soya was never intended to be a food crop, and was originally grown in China only for crop rotation. Makes you think.
I have to say thank you to goodproductiongusa for being honest with herself and us listeners. If there were more people out there like you who would listen, well, this place would be a different place. Thanks!
I was vegetarian for 15 years eating soy everyday. My doctors had me on major hormone cream to help fix my female cycles. I went on a NO SOY DIET for a month to see what it would do to my body. One month later my female problems were completely gone and I did not need to take my medication. I had these health problems for over 10 years and when I cut soy out of my diet they have gone away. Don't believe everything you read or hear, but DO listen to your own body.
yea...it only took one month to show a difference and each month got better after that.. . i have wanted to try and experiment and get back to eatting soy everyday just to see what it does to my body. ..Maybe i'll sabotage my body for the sake of experiment?
@goodproductionsusa ; I was also a vegetarian for over a decade and ate a TON of soy in all its forms and also told people to switch from meat to soy. I became horribly depressed and had all sorts of allergies develop. If it wasn't for a magazine article in Natural Health in 1999 called "The Dark Side of Soy" I'm convinced I'd be dead from it. Within a week of stopping all soy, I felt tremendously better. I do believe it also made me infertile, unfortunately. I avoid it at all costs now.
Can you give me some evidence about the harms of soy that ISN'T from the Weston Price foundation? Just about everything I've heard about the negative effects of soy is from that organization, which is obviously biased from the fact that they're defending the dairy industry.
It is hard to say how long it will take to detox. What I would do would be do first eliminate it, then follow the 4R Gut Healing Protocol (4 clips) that I posted on my YouTube page. AS well, I would do a general detox cleanse for the liver in the remove phase.
That is your choice! But if you get educated you will know how bad it is for us humans and most people can't even digest it. It causes more harm to the body than good. Question for you: YOu have symptoms...so is soy working for you????
Great video once again Josh! Im with you on this one and have been against Soy for years and even tried to convince family and friends to drop Soy from their diet but some people
are too stubborn no matter how much backup evidence or studies you provide - would be great if you could do a video on Adrenal Fatigue - would like to see what you have to say about that - thanks
Monsanto owns the soy market. That means that most soy products in the us are gmo.
I always look for the organic symbol to avoid gmo soy. GMO soy is not healthy.
I am doing better with organic soy milk instead of hormone cow's milk.

Phytoestrogen are not oestrogens (animal hormone).
Soy is a complete protein.

Babies and husbands should be breast fed.

Soya milk for babies is not always a bad thing, some babies can't drink anything else due to colic etc
christvswarhol 2 years ago
That's why they should be breastfed. Also, he is right, so it generally is a bad thing...

Could be soy, a gut issue or a neurotransmitter issue. As well, a certain mental/emotional issue.

i have been feeling depressed and the only thing i have been doing differently is eating a lot of soy

Key points:
1. Always research something before putting it in your body
2. It takes time to heal! YOu cannot unwind years of eating soy in 13 days
3. Do some sort of detox. We have a month program, so feel free to call
4. Find a CHEK practitioner in your area to work with or give us a call to see how we work

good stuff man! SOY is GARBAGE!!
unfortunately most people like to get their health and nutrition advice from TV (greedy food manufacturing companies)
hence why most people are FAT and SICK!
