Funny they are known as "Los" . Mussaperê and Herundy were two tabajara indians from Brazil and should thus be known as "Os índios tabajaras".

@DANogueira1942 , sure 'Os indios Tabajaras ' sounds quite properly regarding their Brazilian nationality In my opinion what happened is that this genre in the 60's was targetting public all over the Americas where Spanish is widely spoken hence their producers at NYC moved to 'Los in place of Os' BTW , have heard in Argentina people pronounce' tabaharas' (aspired 'h' like any 'J' in Spanish. Also told as 'Tabasharas'. How should be 'Tabajaras' properly pronounced in Brazilian Portuguese ?

Simply the most beautiful music in the World. They added feelings to the lyrics even more than if the song were sung. Deep emotion in every note. The slides,left hand vibrato and string bends were absolutely made in Heaven.

My father used to own their entire collection back in the late 60's. I do remember this album in particular. Every Sunday afternoon, we used to have family gathering, and this were the records that we used to listen! Good memories.. they are all gone, but I keep the tradition, since my hobby is repairing old radios this is one of the music I listen to it.Thanks for sharing this one!!
