These guys were really inspired by jazz guitar, you can just hear it in the melodies. Some of their melodies sound like things you would hear by Django Reinhardt. I love it. It's an awesome vibe they created on these tracks.
I'm in a long-distance relationship with an American lady and this song makes me think of her. No matter that we're on opposite sides of the world, she'll always be in my heart and I'll always be in hers.
That's so beautiful it makes me inexplicably tearful. Sniff. I always thought that the vocal carries the emotion of the song, but this is... poignant. Thanks man/woman.
My Pop used to have their entire collection back in the late 60's. I do remember this album in particular. Every Sunday afternoon, we used to have family gathering, and these were the records that we used to listen! Good memories..
@DANogueira1942 , sure 'Os indios Tabajaras ' sounds quite properly regarding their Brazilian nationality In my opinion what happened is that this genre in the 60's was targetting public all over the Americas where Spanish is widely spoken hence their producers at NYC moved to 'Los in place of Os' BTW , have heard in Argentina people pronounce' tabaharas' (aspired 'h' like any 'J' in Spanish. Also told as 'Tabasharas'. How should be 'Tabajaras' properly pronounced in Brazilian Portuguese ?

Simply the most beautiful music in the World. They added feelings to the lyrics even more than if the song were sung. Deep emotion in every note. The slides, left hand vibrato and string bends were absolutely made in Heaven.
