I definitely set myself up for failure Saturday night. Underestimating the lethal combination of booze, rain and a bike while overestimating myself. At least it brought me down a notch. Our injuries occurred around the same time as well. I'll be laying low too for a while, that's for sure.
@40fett i feel you man. the worst bike wreck i ever had involved the same variables, but the wet pavement i think was the dealbreaker for us both. thank god you have the sense to rock a helmet. im lucky to have survived mine. and ill bet our injuries were 30 minutes apart or less. we both needed a reality check. and those things fucking hurt.

I agree completely with the Ballantine/PStock comparison. A few years ago I would have argued to the contrary. The more I drink Ballantine, the more I love it.
