KS pts are difficult in general due to the anatomy of the body. Pep therapy are nicer with mucomyst, mobilize secretions, expiratory resistance like peep, and cpt.

I wish our lessons were like that. We had boring lectures, especially about PEP therapy. That was great. thanks for the vid.
