I think this is a bit of a hateful video. It comes on much too strong for my liking and has a self-righteous tone that I do not like. I am an environmentalist myself living in Mexico but I would not dream of preaching in such a way that constantly refers to an invisible 'we' (presumably english speaking american suv drivers living the good life in mexico) who needs to impart wisdom to the undereducated. This sounds harsh and I am sorry for that but it left a very bad taste in my mouth.

Thanks for your pointing this out, although if you are planning to start a revolution you might as well do it in the U.S., whose lifestyle is exported to poor countries fueling consummerism. Did you know that Coca Cola literally sells (dumps) 24,000 plastic bottles in Loreto daily, BCS alone? Did you know that an average American will pollute in her lifetime 5 times more than a poverty striken citizen from a developing country?

Its mostly poverty, some of these are illegal roadside dumps just like we have here, some are due to lack of dump sites, soem ae old ranch dumps.
