I am SmokenFire and I am the Fire Marshall for the Taipei Volunteer Fire Department. (Vietnam Veteran) Our group is working to form a "Sister" relationship between the Indigenous people from Taiwan and the American Natives of the Pacific Northwest. I have been invited to this years Veteran's Powpow but unfortunately I won't be able to make it. I hope that next year we can bring a troupe of Indigenous Taiwanese dancers to put on a demonstration of their cultural dancing. Contact me / help out!
This is my dad, "Corky" Phillip Ambrose Jr., being interviewed in this video, he is a proud member of the Yakama Warriors Association. They provide service at many events to honor those who served in all the military branches in years past and those leaving to start their military service. I'm proud of these men and women who served.
