Some Sony Ericssons have LEDs that are designed to last and give u light using flash ,nokia's aren't designed for this purpose so using them for it MIGHT harm ur flash. :)

only if you use it for really long time, don't forget that if you capture a video the flash comes up, and if it was so bad, it wouldn't be available. However it will cause problems if you use it for along time. Use it for emergencies and for short times, such as when there's a power out
