it is displaying all the characteristics of a meteor as it passes thru the atmosphere.. it is superheated and the air ahead of the meteor is also superheated making the bright glow like a plasma welder, the flaring is also an indicator.

whats written on the video says its a meteorite that passed the sky here on 10/1/1430H which is 6/1/2009 AD. the voice on the video is a reciting of a quranic verse. the only UFO crash in Saudi Arabia happened in Jizan in 2003. the government made a media blackout on that incident although some media resources spoke about it. the last reported sighting of UFOs in Saudi Arabia was in June 2007.

No its not. It is a shooting star. It says so in Arabic on the video. There is a buzz because this shooting star didn't burn until it came so close to earth and because it made a very loud sound when it entered the earth's atmosphere.
