Why did KidSongs rip off Disney?

@kermitdefrog123: The only song they got from Disney was Whistle While You Work, because the original show aired in the 1980s, well before Disney started their Sing-Along-Songs videos. As for the song from Snow White, Disney probably paid Kidsongs for the publicity.
