Ruby should have been made a "good guy" in the fourth season taking the side of dean and sam versus lilith-lucifer-t. They should have made an opposite storyline for Ruby in the fourth season not as anatagonist but protagonist. Another nice but screwed up and more trouble ending for season 4 due to Ruby becoming a bad guy.==tbc==....
