Yeah the scene at the end was "borrowed" from Love Actually but it isn't that bad considering it's an MV. However, the same scene was also copied in a drama, anyone seen "My Better Half"? When I saw it I was like "OMG!". I cringed so much and wondered if the writers were thinking, "Aw it's an English film, nobody's going to know where it came from.". I totally hated that scene but apart from that, it's a great comedy drama worth watching.

hollywood movies indeed have some adaptations; including some from korea; but i wouldn't say that most of them are adaptations. moreover, hong kong dramas are constantly repeating their "twists", for example giving new lives to "twins" that look exactly the same as previous characters.

adaptations are fine in that they continue to give afterlives to stories
