  • this guy isnt as good as jamey turner. watch him.

  • dance of the sugarplum fairy

  • this guy rules. I bought his CD after I saw him play in Venise.

  • i think the song is from that old disney movie fantasia, its the bit where the MUSHIES :) dance around, or maybe the bit with the fairies dancing on water after they eat the mushies lol

  • It's from Tchaichovsky's Nutcracker Suite. And the mushies are just the faeries from a distance where they seem to just be balls of floating and twirling light. But in the ballet, this is where the snow dancers dance.

  • @jaco317 Dance of the sugar plum fairies.

  • this sounds so much better in person.

  • I feel like I heard that in a mario game... It's very nice, by the way.

  • the song sounds falimiar. what is it called?

  • wow that was kewl

  • oh cazzo!

  • wowee

  • i love this sound, its sounds so pure.

  • what tune is thissss??!!! It sounds so familiar, but i just can't figure out the tune

  • The nutcracker suite by Tschaikowski, probably that part called "Dance of the sugar plum fairy".

  • This tune is used in a movie also right? Do you know which movie? really want to know! ty :D

  • Right! It´s "Fantasia" by Disney (1940). A music movie without text. There are videos on youtube. Oops, I tried to post a link, sorry, that doesn´twork.

  • "Right! It´s "Fantasia" by Disney (1940)."

    FAIL.

This is a massively famous piece of music by Tschaikowski that was USED in Fantastia. Tard.

  • Before you affront people, you should read properly what they were talking about. I had already said it was the nutcracker suite and Guusdunker wanted to know the movie in which that was played, so I answered "Fantasia". That´s not fail, that´s perfectly right!

You should exercise a little more politeness and attention!

  • Oh god, sorry! I didn't notice that at all. Apologies.

    Fantastic movie, too ;)

  • Oh, that´s alright! Thanks for the apologies ;).

  • Its also in the movie "Home Alone"

  • It's been used in something like 50 movies and 50,000 commercials. ;)

  • Thought something like that =D, doubt that i'd heard it from a ballet rofl ^^

  • that's awesome

  • the box infront of the stand is a speaker...

just before you reply like an asshole...

    I'm just kidding

  • you're a retard.

just before you reply like an asshole...

    I'm just kidding

    not.

so what if its a huge amp. its not like he cheats with it or nething.

  • what if someone ran by and knocked down all those glass? lol

  • Tchaicovsky actually originally composed Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy for the glass harmonica! But he changed it for some reason.

    5/5

  • i jus wanna do that cause its cool not money i have more money then i need

  • hey legend, care to share the wealth? I can easily send you my email address and we could talk about that money that you have too much of. (j/k) sort of.

  • Hi my name is Robert Tiso,I'm the guy playing

on this video. If anyone needs information on

    what I do just ask.

  • thats insane lol nice

  • I'd love a CD of your playing. Mozart composed much for glass harmonica. Brilliant.

  • @roberttiso yes i got question. How do you got al the wright glasses togheter?? For a musical comedy act with many instruments in it I am trying something like this.short and a simple tune. But i figured already only glasses with a bell shape sound good. I found some good cognac glasses but only six ( middel C to A tuneable) and some large red wine glasses who sound eutifull and get me about three full tones. But i cand find middel sized and small glasses for high tones. Where can i find this??

  • @roberttiso i have to say thank you, even though that hardly seems enough. wow.

  • @roberttiso You can play the Glass...Harmonica i think, Perfectly. it sounds so Beautiful....

  • @roberttiso That is amazing. :) I wish i knew how to play.

  • This guy actually has a doctorate in behavioral sciences, but makes more money on the streets doing this.

  • audio/video is a bit off

  • hahahaha

  • is'nt this from harry potter?

  • no, it's from the nutcracker. "dance of the sugarplum fairies" to be exact.

  • Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy... old classical

  • For anyone that is interested, the song is "Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy"

  • how could people not know the name of that song? between you and me, i hope they have at least that much classical knowledge, heh

  • I know it's by Tchaikovsky

  • That's amazing.... I must've heard that song a million times in my life, but I still don't know what it's called. Would anyone care to help me out with the title?

  • Wow, I actually saw this exact same man when I was in Italy! You can check out my video of him if you don't believe me.

  • He tunes them in scale just before he performs, measuring out by ear just the right amount of water in each glass

  • Wow Italy must run on talent

  • omg....i wish i was as good as this guy....he's a pimp

  • the singer BJORK on her UNPLUGGED solo tour had a glass player, just a great sound

  • unique sound, this guy is good.

  • Hahaha cool

  • x_x I wonder how he remembers which glass makes which sound :P

  • I guess he has a keyboard pattern of glasses, or indeed his own template.

  • That makes sense.
