Its a rip off, I went there in 1990 and it cost 25,000 a year. I partied like crazy, but it was the biggest waste of money. All that construction will just be annoying. You'll hear hammers all day. Anyway, just don't waste the money and the best years of your life. One more thing, everybody goes home on the weekend.

It's fall time and Mystic is a great place to take photos. The colors reflecting in the water around the boats is just fantastic for photographers and painters and writers and musicians.
