I am a ballroom and latin dancer yes, and you obviously are either one or the other, or neither, because you don't know what the rhythm of a waltz is. My intelligence can tell that the music is in 4/4 timing, not 3/4 like you who was syaing it's a waltz. There is a clear cut definition between the two rhythms, so you can't say something is "more like waltz" when it's clearly got 4 beats to a bar.
