Hide your IP, use free software like the Tor Project browser or ProXPN VPN. I once tried to hack an Arab website but failed and they sad they had tracked down my IP. But I used Tor and ProXPN, so they ended up in Australia where I don't even live! -:D

Because it's no big deal hacking sites which has poor content and/or has inappropriate info and they'd probably let it go. Hackers who really want to hack and not hack into silly friend's facebook account will usually buy a new laptop/comp and then begin hacking.

This manipulates the database and get's it to give you info back information like usernames, passwords, emails etc. it typically only works on mistakes made in coding and website sections using .php?id= or .asp?id=
