This game is a tribute to the 80s. The music is incredible. The characters are timeless and so are the clothes and cars. It's even got a surprise rockstar from the 80s cameo. Amazing!

dude gta vice city was my first gta game ever when i was 6 years.

when i was 7 gta san andreas.

also if u know gta vice city u will denfinetly know gta vice city stroies.

on the ps2 dude gta vice city has tear gas on pc it has no tear gas.

on the ps2 its more aweseome because of the tear gas.

i started playing gta liberty city stories and that game it confusing.

i did all missions its just if i played gta 3 first then i would know gta 3 very well.

GTA: Vice City id the best GTA ever! It has great missions, awesome weapons, a huge and extremely fun city to run around in, cool cars, Tommy Vercetti was a fucking badass and is the coolest GTA protagonist ever (I love his sarcastic attitude), It has a shit-load of great 1980s music, and don't even get me started on the gameplay. A must buy for any GTA fan.

I like this game only problems I have is with the controls and that you can't swim other than that its really good but San Andreas is my favorite because it improved in this and more. I also feel that the cars and bikes are somewhat sensitive like you just softly bump into something and you flip over like crazy which might make me fall into the water which then kills me because you can't swim

Yes, you can...

But since this is an older game, and the 360 controller is newer, you might have to map the controls yourself.

I'd suggest going with the Keyboard and Mouse, the control scheme goes well with the Grand Theft Auto III era games in the series.

Yeah, but actually, it's more cost-efficient to run this in Boot Camp, because you can get Windows XP Home Edition for $90 from TigerDirect, which is cheaper than a new PS2, and you can get the Grand Theft Auto Trilogy for PC for $30 directly from Rockstar.

Not to mention, the PC versions are better than the PS2 versions, whether it's III, Vice City, or San Andreas, especially when it comes to graphics.

@qwas12348gr5 If you want the game with the best graphics get GTA IV or it's two episodes called ''Episodes from Liberty City''

If you want portable GTA games then get Chinatown Wars or if you want one with similiar gameplay like the consoles then get Liberty City Stories or Vice City Stories.

If you want one with lots of features get San Andreas, it's also got a good storyline and a huge environment

Theres also Vice City, if you want a game with a great story then get that

I like the PC version the best. Yeah, it doesn't look as good as the XBOX version, but its more fun. There IS multiplayer for the PC version, you just have to download it. And the targeting system is actually good on the PC version.

to me i thought vice city kinda had one the best story of all the games.

Its kinda hard to beat san andreas though it had like an amazing and epic story, still vice city has the best storyline to me

@resident4thunder vice city as probably the most ridiculous and unfocused story in the serie... just because it's based on a overrated movie named "scarface" you can think it's realistic ? nope... san andreas has more a deep and very compelling story and it's great achievement from roscktar... sorry but san andreas has a more mature story and no so overrated by 14-17 old kid's like your thump uped comment.
