I'm not a professional chef anymore but that was hardly getting the most meat off the bone. Way to get the most meat off the thigh. Other than that you left all the meat on the legs (I usually leave it there too), and wings. You also left quite a bit on the ribs. When I remove the meat for serving I use poultry shears. Cut right through the ribs at the back bone and peal the ribs away from the meat. The wings look nice I suppose but I usually take the meat and put it with the thigh meat.
