I really hate the fact that they took Shikamaru smoking out of the anime, I think it would have contributed well to his character because of Asuma. Has anyone else noticed certain positions in the anime where they have actually edited it so that Shikamaru is not holding a cigarette and is hand is just randomly in the air? I think it would have been better with him smoking.
