You got to think back to when the holy bible was created. When the human population was small, procreation and the birth of a child is the sign of hope for a better future. Today being married to someone is because you love that person, not just because you want to make babies. And there are plenty of straight couples who are unable to conceive a child. Gay people are human beings too and with no worries of disease, famine, or superstition in our lives, all of us need to live in EQUALITY.

In fact, after spending half a year studying research papers about population economics I can assure you that an increase in the birth rate is not what this world needs.
