I'm a big fan of this tune (even though I don't know what's being sung) as Louis used to do it in a medley along with Angelina.

In the chorus, Louis sings oh ma ma zooma zooma bacca la. (phoenetic rendering)

I don't see "zooma" in the lyrics nor to I hear it here.

Basically, It's a song about a girl telling her mother that the moon is over the sea and my codfish is hot so find me a husband. Then Mama goes over attributes of different professions: fisherman, carpenter, fireman with his hose, butcher with the sausage, etc.
