I would suggest "Alternate Reality." Do a search for "Alternate Reality The City Intro Atari" on YouTube. There were unique songs for different areas of the game, like the tavern and the blacksmith.

Nice job. Although I'm biased towards pre-'88 games.

My personal Top 10 would be:

1. M.U.L.E. (an undisputed 1st place in my list)

2. The Goonies (great adaptation from the movie tune)

3. Crumble's Crisis (great music, tough game!)

4. Ninja (what else could I add on this one? Would load just to listen to the tune from time to time..)

5. Boulder Dash (the music was fantastic.. and the game was even better!)

6. Karate Champ (a classic)

Why the horrible sepia color? Ninja commando has great colors, but you miss all of them by decoloring the thing with the sepia option.

World Championship Karate is the NTSC version of International Karate and the msx is brilliant but runs too slow on PAL machines... so actually the video is wrong in terms of speed...

I got an atari 800 xL At the time most homes had a commador 64, but since my cousin had the atari 800 xl, my parents go me it. I would copy games but you need 2 drives. The 800 xl come back as the xe was funny. Are all the XL compatable?

That sepia effect detracts from the enjoyment of the video, since retro games are supposed to be colourful! This effect doesn't make them look any older. On the contrary, this just looks like a sepia effect done with a modern video editing program ;-)

ja mam na półce na samym środku wystawy zapakowane w oryginalne pudło Atari 65XE z modem na 128kb, magnetofonem XC12 (oryginał atari a nie 'for atari'). z modem Turbo2000R śmigało 2000kbodów.

co do pozycji - Gyrrus to chyba była pierwsza gra gdzie był trzykanałowy dźwięk (stereo+1)

Praktycznie każda wersja World Karate jaką miałem miała buga w muzyce w części gdzie szybka muzyczka gra

Ranyyy! A u mnie się przetarły kable przy wtyczce zasilającej i nie można było kupić drugiej, ani naprawić tej... Ile było cyrków, żeby się nie zresetowało komputer! :D

Jak wciskałem play w magnetofonie, to się na palcach wycofywałem z pokoju i zamykałem drzwi, żeby czasem klepka parkietu się nie uniosła i żeby się coś nie zwaliło! :D

Mam jedną uwagę. World Karate Championship jest wersją gry która została wydana w USA. Czyli jest gra pod system NTSC. Wersja Europejska (PAL) to International Karate. Prawdopodbnie muzykę nagrywałeś spod emulatora ustawionego na PAL, bowiem muzyka idzie wolniej niż powinna.

I tak i nie. Tak jak pisałem WKC jest grą pod NTSC czyli przystosowaną do częstotliwości 60 Hz i na takich komputerach (przeznaczonych na rynek amerykański) powinna być uruchamiana. Jeśli uruchomi się ją pod systemem PAL (50 Hz) wówczas cała gra działa wolniej niż powinna, muzyka również.
