@HarlemDream69 Not entirely true, trespass in this situation is a civil tort in Australia, the property owner has the right to ask for them to leave and if they do not leave, can have the Police remove them and can then sue for in a civil court for trespass. As the Chaser indicated that they would stay until the Police arrived and I could see no attempts from channel 7 to prevent them from leaving or asking them to leave - they were not being detained.

Which sucks because if someones banned from a place and they enter it, they should automatically be charged with trespass.
