Hi getplaning, thanks for the comment. How many is a few years? This truck will be 5 years old soon. 120 000 km on the clock and has been trouble free.

Magnificent to drive, but they won't last. After a few years, the thin wiring and multiple control units start to fail, and it's expensive as hell to keep them going.

Some good axel twist there. I would love to see how the disco 2 would compare to this. It's a shame no one on you tube makes a video of a disco 3 and 2 doing the exact same terrain. Both vehicles stock, like for like. Now that would be interesting.

@Landybandy1 disco 3 would do a tad bit better since it has electronic lockers and the D2 only has a cdl with ETC.thought i would always take a D2 over a D3 because it has solid axles and is tougher

love how on another vid i said "my ml320 could do that" and some redneck chevy dude is like its not a proper off road car it needs solid axels. My reply was "thats why range rovers and lr3 use independent suspension right, now those are off road vehicles (purpose built)"
