  • I love that guitar! It finished up nicely...it looks like a custom shop Charvel!!

And what a great player too....youtube is full of shred wizards and I can't watch more than a few minutes of them, but Tal plays with feel...I would pay to see him play!

  • @guitarsehole Hey, thanks for the compliment on the guitar !! I agree Tal is a great player....His dad was the late Grady Martin, one of the best session guitarists ever !!

  • @djdonnie68 WOW! Good stock!

  • great paint job!! and great playing from your buddy!!!!

  • @THESHREDSHED Thanks I appreciate it and i'm sure he will too !!

  • @healingwithmagicma thanks !! tal is an awsome guitar player....

  • Damn that guitar looks killer now! Great job man.

  • @codyandcambria Thanks very much !!

  • the looks and sound are killer djdonnie! ever thought about doing some swirl paintjob on a guitar? i think you'd make it look awesome!

  • @Boefkick thanks...i never really thought about the swirl paintjobs....i'm really more into automotive style stuff....may try it someday though....

  • Awesome playing

  • not only it sounds good ....it looks fantastic..

  • @besamemucho5 thanks

  • Sounds good Talric!!! Are you playing anymore? Never hear anything from you about jammin around Nashville.

  • Its really good to see the finished instrument. I started mixing my own paints but was put off by the amount of blocking down needed - wondered if I'd ever get it flat and hard! I must have a look at 2-pac lacquers. Only problem is being in the UK where Brussels has banned everything - Shit, I think water is on the poisons list here!

  • @3Deity i understand about the banning situation.....they are cracking down on a lot of things here in the u.s. as well.......big corperations dump all types of things in the water.....we spray a little paint and get in trouble......

  • @djdonnie68 Ain't that the truth! Your mates a damn fine guitarist too, few impress me but hes the real deal! :o)

  • does repainting your guitar, affects the tone or the sound of your guitar?

  • @jasonimous the only way it should affect the tone of your guitar would be if you had a vintage guitar or some sort of reissue with laquer paint on it..in that case i doubt you would repaint it anway..the laquer is thinner and lets the wood breathe and resonate better.but pretty much all guitars for the last 20 years or so have polyurathane finish on them ,and its really thick so a couple more layers isnt gonna make much difference..the poly finish is more durable and better for the environment

  • @djdonnie68 Wow, that answer was spot on, inpressive!

  • @jasonimous ,yea, i really think it did, stripped it all the way down before we did anything to it,automotive paint is a lot thicker than the stock paint job, i believe playing the guitar before and after, it has more deeper tone, maby tis just me but i think it has more balls now,ha ha, thanks for asking

  • That guitar came out so nice.

  • @TheQuiZNoKid thanks !!!
