C'mon now, Benjamin Britten did not compose this song - he may have arranged it but it was 'written' in the 17th century - a folk song. At that time His father's father's grandfather was not even a twinkle in his father's eye.

Benjamin Britten was a famous and controversial composer. Britten is long dead. If the piano player is also named that, what a coincidence. I liked hearing all the verses. One I had not heard before. Thanks.
