I personally find it much more difficult than ad-libbing.

Very nice drumming, but the beauty of this song is on the simplicity of the instruments and intensity of the singing. You can notice that none of the instruments are playing complex things. Even the guitar solo is extremely simple. But anyway... u play very well!! congrats!!!

ur never supposed to play exactly the way a song is written for drums, that just makes it look...well boring..if u add ur own fills and expand some things etc. it gets on a WAY higher lvl...So this is kinda perfect according to me - HOWEVER, ofc you shouldnt do to many fills and well..advanced stuff, in those songs that just doesnt fit to it - but imo this vid is rly good! :)

you can't over do fills if you're alone in your room drumming. i play this same song a lot too and i definately fill the shit out of it. of course, if you're covering this song in a band, then yeah, easy on the fills, but not when you're just rockin out with yourself.
