Great idea! Have you heard of the expresso? They're doing something similar now, but its limited and still in its infancy, so you should keep looking into what you can do with it. Maybe you could get Nintendo to do it...I'm sure many ordinary people would love to create custom maps if you would give them the tools, like if you were to put a tutorial on the internet...maybe you could even do it on Google Earth? Keep at it!
Have you approached Nintendo? Why would they not produce this? I would pay quite a bit for this if it were a more refined product? Have you tried to get an investor so you can justify spending time on it? Ideally, it would remember my power output (or speed) and adjust the other racers speeds accordingly.
lol, I wish there was a way to mass produce this. Unfortunately, I think the need for someone to own a trainer and a road bike makes the market a little too small for any games. It would be nice if Nintendo actually made games that incorporate real exercise. Thanks for the comment.
