Pause at 0:17. There's actually three players in onside position. The player that headed the ball (the third red player from the bottom of the screen at 0:17, bordering the grass line) MAY have been even w/ the orange defender.

"Interfering w/ an opponent" wouldn't be enforced since the two players that are known to be in an offside position at 0:17 (the two red at the top) move away from play and don't distract the keeper.

All that matters is whether the goal-scorer was in offside position...
