In my opinion, 2008 was one of the best years for SmackDown divas. They had Michelle, Maria, Bellas, Eve, Maryse, Victoria, Natalya, and Cherry. While Raw may have had Beth, Mickie, and Melina, SmackDown was at a very good point here. It went down when Melina was sent from Smackdown back to raw in late 2009 though Mickie and beth are trying to bring it back up.
