@264ash Well aparently chicken soup helps. Like when your feeling sick afterwards and feel like your going to throw up. If you eat chicken soup after you be sick. That sore head goes away. thats what i heard. But it only works for certain people.
Well i have had migraines every now and then for a long time.. I think i have identified my triggers as, Lack of sleep, dehydration (Not enough water), Not eating enough food.. Then eating in huge doses, Staying on the computer for too long and weather changes.. Me, noticing that in winter and the cold weather times, i don't get migraines. But now as it just hit summer, i had a migraine.
i get constant headaches that just stay there, no throbbing. also my legs feel weak and sometimes i feel dizzy. have i got a migraine? plz reply, thanx
How do you avoid the hormone induces migraines? Is there anyway to help with the headaches that occur right before the menstrual cycle? I've heard that they are from the estrogen and was wondering if there's anything that can be done about that. My niece suffers from severe migraines every month right before her period and it's really affecting her school and work. She needs some good advice on things to try to help with this problem.
