Linda is married to Diamondville Member. Barbra never wanted to be a member of Diamond's Band. She strictly only wanted a part in the song. Read your info ignorant jerk. If Neil Diamond did not want Linda Press, he would have booted her out of his Band over 30 years ago.

Hi JSweit8573, yes it's a powerful, sad and beautiful song and I think Linda Press has more tenderness and warmth in her voice than Barbra's which may be technically the stronger voice. It's good that we all have different opinions and our favourite versions though! All the best.
