  • there are really eternal songs. this is one of them

  • This video song is actually from a Neil Diamond concert at the Aquarius Theater in Los Angeles, "Greatest Hits Live", in 1988 and was released on DVD in 1997.

  • this is the version that is on the neil diamond cd hot august night II, correct?

  • This is really great!

  • This performance is indeed a classic. Linda, you sings with such passion.

  • Heard Neil and Linda sing this again Birmingham (UK) 2 days ago. Still sends makes me tingle. This performance from XX years ago must be THE classic, though.

  • one of his best performances, hands down. unreal.

  • BTW people like you NY type give us Jews a bad name.

  • Linda is married to Diamondville Member. Barbra never wanted to be a member of Diamond's Band. She strictly only wanted a part in the song. Read your info ignorant jerk. If Neil Diamond did not want Linda Press, he would have booted her out of his Band over 30 years ago.

  • BBQ WHAT THE FUCK IS UR PROB!!! GO FUCK URSELF!!!!!

  • Linda has been with Neil's Live Band since 1969.

  • THAT LINDA IS NO BARBRA!!!! LINDA LOOKS LIKE A WHORE TOO!!!!! BARBRA HAS MORE CLASS CAUSE SHES A BIG TIME JEW!!!!!

  • @dannys2222 What the hell is your problem?

  • viajei...............

  • It's just so hard to follow Barbara who may have the prettiest voice the world has ever heard.

  • Better with Linda than the one with Barbara!

  • Hi JSweit8573, yes it's a powerful, sad and beautiful song and I think Linda Press has more tenderness and warmth in her voice than Barbra's which may be technically the stronger voice. It's good that we all have different opinions and our favourite versions though! All the best.

  • I love this song and he sings it best with Linda Press. Always one of the highlights of his show.

  • @Vivopermusica ---Linda Press was good I will give you that but has to go a long to win me over compared to Barbra....Linda's voice in my opinion isn't strong enough, its a powerful song

  • My favorite version of this song.Linda Press is outstanding! Thanks for the posting. ND also does a fine job.
