it doesn't matter which version just go to Application > peer guardien click right and choose show package contents ... > then choose content folder click on it go to resources folder > then select PPLOADER + PPLOGGER and click on both of them ,, the go bck to peer guardien and click on it ,, thats it enjoy

dude. i got stuck on this for awhile too. go to the application in your applications folder and right click/ show package contents/ resources/ then double click all of the icons that look like the application. bam

Yep version 1.6b works, google "PeerGuardian 1.6 for Snow Leopard 10.6" and the download link is near the top. Appear to work ok

I have this problems and another one. It was working fine until my battery died on my macbook. It wouldn't work at all. It wasn't allowing or blocking any addresses. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall it but it's not working. Can someone help me?

WTF!!! SO PISSED. Can't get it working and this has been the only place that i have seen mentioning the same error. Installed that Java and it didnt work either. Uninstalled PG2 like a billion times.
