  • looks like too much rock. cluttered

  • I am planning on getting either a niger or picasso triggerfish. Which one should I get? I am really stuck on this decision.

  • @adesotopu if you want an aggressive fish, hands down the picasso. but if you have a pretty peaceful tank right now and would be devestated to lose a fish, the niger would be a good, safe addition to a 55 gallon or bigger tank, preferably 75.

  • Fantastically! Charming admissions! First-class video with fantastic underwater impressions!

  • nice peices of thonga!

  • Does your eel ever try to escape with no lid? I want to do an eel but I had a bad experience with a freshwater tank and my fire eel always found a way to escape even with a lid on?

  • I do have a high rate of evaporation with the lid off the tank. I probably lose over a gallon of fresh water a day. So u have to be sure you have plenty of fresh RODI water for top off.

  • Do you have any problems with our ank being open with that type of lighting

  • seaclone is kinda crappy. Money was tight when I bought it. In retrospect should have saved a little longer and got a better brand. It doesnt have the same skim effect it originally did. I only turn it on for 2 days out the week most of the time.

  • hows that seaclone? im putting one on my 75 gallon

  • Thank you for your answer my friend, I just installed my tank with the Fluval Fx5 against all the comments that people made me against canisters on marine tanks, im doing very well, levels seem to be very stable, I only put one sack of carbon in one of the chambers and the other 2 with polishing pads, how do you recomend me to configure it? I didnt use the rings since i have a lot of live rock, about 80 kilos, so I tought I have enought of bio filtration, but let me know what you think please!

  • thanks. I use live rock rubble and ceramic rings in the fluvals. They work pretty good for me I have never had any trouble with them. Also I use the buffer pads in each as well and change them regularly. They say theyre good for a month or so but theyre not. The most important thing to know with the canisters is you have to clean them regulary, like every other week for me, or they build nitrates. In your case with the FX5 on a 70 gallon, every month. new pads.

  • Nice tank, I have some questions my friend Im about to set a Marine Tank (70 gal) I will use almost the same equipment as you do, just my filtration will be a Fluval FX5, my question is how your caister has been working? What media do you use on the baskets? and How often do you clean it? Thank you for your anwers they will help me a lot!

  • Absolutely magnificent!
