This was used back pre BC for the opening of AQ in the quest you were given a swim form that let u get to the island easy

haha my friend and i went there, im a druid so i used aquatic form to swim faster, died of fatigue when i was just about to hit the island got to my body, resed and healed, lol then my friend didnt make it all the way so i had to res her, then we explored a bit, but sadly we were lvl 36 at the time so got killed by 45 pirates lol

actually, i have a private server and in fact, i will tell you that you are wrong. the first island was just the original gm island from the original wow and not before burning crusade or lich king came out. but yeah, its not what you are thinking.

This is also possible with a druid with aquatic form glyph and a level 61 death knight

You just get glyph of Aqua form and you dont even need to heal or better yet shammy just Water walk and mount up and ride or DK

Actually, this island is for the Scepter of the Shifting Sands quest line, part of the blue scepter shard (You get this part from the gnome near steamwheedle).

Sorry if it's been said before. You usually need the swim speed buff from a naga nearby to get to it.

Ok, I am a druid with 1515 + heal and i made it there no problem with no trinketed lifeblooms, just stack x3 and rejuvenation and i made it there. Its quite simpl and I don't htink it's old GM island but I dunno.

Look go to the Map and right click see those 3 islands and that whirlpool in the middle they have something to do with a Expansion pack idk if its Wolk but its important try and hack ur way there so we know.

its the malstorm for the first war or azoroth when 60-80% of the landmass was destoyed and the 2 remaining islands are all thats left and northrent the 4th island in the middle is the goblin city with is unreachable, this is just some of the places that blizz have this awesome lore for yet refuse to open it

Gm island is west of darnasus, u need a model editter and speedhacker to get there (Speedhacker is real handy) or u will have to walk 45 mins..

This is a place you go to get a book for one of the many steps to get the legendary mount.But theres no book there is just a ransom note telling you where to bring money in exchange for the book.then the chain quest goes on and on.definatley not worth it!

Those islands were the very first GM island. Until they had to move it because people could get there to easily.

This is Not a Gm Island or a Very secret Place

There is a Naga underwater He gives you a Swim speed buff when you have the AQ opening Quest you have to swim to this island an take an item from it thats all.

You will never get a Ban when you go there it's only a Island for a Quest.

I've been on that Island a long time ago and it just and empty space. There are a few mobs no special drops. The problem is that that is GM island and if you are seen there you can get a very nice BAN. So do not try to go there;)

@Thurondiel if you go on a GM server, do gm hack, anything so yu be gm, typ .rec p gm island 2 (or 3) you will get there.

It's funny how you move the camera around so we can see what you see but yet those are the same models used everywhere in the game, nothing new. Get into Hyjal in current time and I'll be impressed.
