I know what guitar it is i remember it must be a suhr standard, guthrie govan uses the same guitar, a bit out my price range.

I do not like the look of techniques like this with the fingers curled in and his re gripping of the pick here and there but it is good technique i like to keep the fingers loose like Shawn lane's picking technique which is just incredible i would not compare myself anywhere near him just my technique is like his. you should check him out he us the best i have ever seen.

I don't think I want. I am not so wanker to listen to music only about technique.. I love Jeff Loomis' solo album and all Mastodon's albums for it's absolutely interesting music and melodies. Not for difficulty or techniques

His music is not only about technique i listen completely for his melodies, passion, innovation, his amazing phrasing at high speeds, not because it is difficult, some things played fast sound so good.

He is not all about speed either his slower songs such as once upon a time in the west is incredibly melodic and purposeful.

he is definitely my favorite of all time.
